Thank you for visiting our Inclusive Community Camp (ICC) page! A little about ICC:
Who?
Approximately 36 1st - 4th grade students, aka 'campers'--and in the spirit of modeling best practice, 1/2 of the campers will be children with disabilities and 1/2 of the campers will be children without disabilities
Approximately 24 MSU Teacher Candidates will transform into ICC 'guides' to support the campers over the week
Plenty of MSU Faculty, Staff and Bozeman School District Teachers will support campers and 'guides'
What?
ICC will be the FIRST inclusive, active, creative, playful Summer 2020 experience here in Bozeman. The focus of the camp will be art and movement activities... how fun, right?
When?
The inaugural ICC will be held July 27th - 31st, 2020
Where?
On the MSU Campus in beautiful Bozeman, Montana
Why?
Because All means ALL!
It is super important to note:
ICC is a very intentional, first-steps summer camp experience designed to fill a void in our community.
The goal is to have ICC become a sustainable program that can grow just as our Bozeman community is growing.
ICC seeks to become self-supported through camp fees and community partnerships.
In this inaugural pilot year, ICC is seeking start-up funding to ensure the camp can provide a range of activities, materials, and experiences for ALL campers
