About our 2023 Giving Day project
Aspiring Educators are a dedicated group of future teachers looking to help enhance the education environment. Through professional development opportunities, educator networking and access to professional communities, we are building the next generation of teachers to nurture and grow the future leaders of tomorrow.
Our goals
Our goal for MSU Giving Day is to raise funds to augment developmental experiences for the members of our chapter. The costs associated with traveling to attend education conferences can be quite prohibitive and limit participation opportunities for members. Supplementary funds would help future educators learn about research advances and deliver cutting edge instruction in classrooms. We hope to reach $3,000 to achieve this goal.
About our organization
Aspiring Educators of MSU provides opportunities in professional development and career resources for dedicated pre-service teaching students. Our chapter is one part of a larger organization that spans across the state and nation.
The conferences and other opportunities that are provided allow for development of excellence for future teachers. Our members also have opportunities to join professional organizations, such as Montana Federation of Public Employees and the National Education Association as Aspiring Educators, allowing them to branch out professionally before completing their degree.
Your gift will have an impact
With donor support, our pre-service teachers will be able to attend professional development events and benefit from experts' presentations and research that will positively impact classrooms and children across Montana and beyond. These opportunities also allow our members to learn from the experiences of other professionals and to build connections outside the local area. By producing high-quality and skilled new teachers, MSU provides communities with graduates who continue to be well sought after by schools locally and regionally.
